SHYUJI currently serves delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Personalised, engraved, custom, or made-to-order pieces may need additional preparation time, which is noted on the applicable product page.

Processing and transit are separate stages, and neither is a guaranteed date. If you are ordering for a particular celebration, we recommend ordering early and treating our estimates as a planning guide rather than a promise.
